‘Impressions‘ is a creative project by an eclectic group of female photographers from around the globe. We aim to share the inspiration behind what we do through our bi-monthly posts.

Every other month, we will be sharing 8 images that tell the story of what inspired us in the previous weeks: our families, nature, weather, or maybe even work itself! We are free to explore the meaning of ‘impressions’, and it is likely to change month to month.

2016 was such a year of incredible growth. I attended several workshops and I pushed my limits. Along the way I met amazing new families and I am so excited to call them clients. I am so blessed to do what I love for a living and meet such incredible families along the way. This year I also cultivated relationships with other photographers who share my same passions from across the globe and I am all the better for it. I am so excited to see what 2017 brings! I was asked to put together some of my favorite images from 2016 and I thought this would be a great post for today although I think my favorite images depend on the day you ask me! I tried to pick a few from several genre’s <3 Enjoy!

HELLO and welcome back to the FINAL day of My Favorite Things 2016, also known as the 12 Days of Christmas Giveaway! Did you also know that this incredibly talented lady has her own clothing line, A Day in Ak? It is a line that is filled with graphics and screen prints that truly represents how awesome it is to be Alaskan! She has generously donated 2 ski themed stickers, a beanie, and a unisex large tshirt, with of course some of her gorgeous art on a pack of notecards. I have two little ski bums that have madly fallen in love with skiing so this is the perfect gift for the ski bum in your life, or for yourself 😉

I truly am fortunate to be able to work with so many amazing family’s and capture your special milestones and moments. It is an opportunity I treasure and I LOVE that I get to call it my job. Thank you for letting me be a part of your lives! I absolutely LOVE what I do and thank you for an awesome 5 years! I am so excited to see what 2017 and I am sure you are too! I have several of her custom wallets and they are my absolute favorite! I get so many compliments and I LOVE having unique pieces. They are fully functional too. They hold everything perfectly!
