Easter- Eagle River Child Photographer
This Easter was the first Easter the little munchkin really knew what was going on. She loved her Easter Basket and the choo choo’s that the Easter Bunny brought her. I learned she’s not a fan of peep’s, which leaves more for me 😀 She loves sour patch easter bunnies though.  She did her first Easter egg hunt.  At first she didn’t really understand. Then she went crazy and was running all over the place gathering them as fast as possible. She even ditched the basket because apparently it was impeding her ability to gather eggs quickly. I see a competitive Easter Egg Hunter in her near future 🙂
Easter Mini Sessions -Anchorage Child Photographer
I recently held Easter/Spring mini sessions at Sweet Adeline’s children’s store.  It was a wonderful opportunity to team up with a local store.  I was excited to meet so many  new clients and to catch up with old one’s as well. It was such a fun time and success that I’m sure I will be doing something similar in the future.  In the summer I try to shoot outdoors as much as possible, so I probably won’t be offering indoor mini sessions at Sweet Adeline’s again until the fall/winter.

Team Up Thursday- Unexpected
I’m going solo this week, however we will be picking up again next week with the topic, Loud. 🙂
For this week I photographed an unexpected Crocus that pleasantly popped up in the garden despite a not so pleasant week for weather! Â I will take any sign of spring we get!
Team Up Thursday- Yellow
I’m super excited to be teaming up with the fabulous Jen from Z’s the Day Photography for a new feature on the blog.  Jen has become an awesome friend and we both have little Z’s 🙂  This week’s theme is yellow. Her photo is on the bottom, mine is on the top.  I love love the summery feel of her image and the yummy citrus! My little Z has been enjoying spring yard clean up by helping daddy with her new yellow rake 🙂
Join us for next weeks theme: unexpected. I can’t wait to see what we come up with!
