Fall Mini’s! ‘Anchorage Child and Family Photographer’

Woo Hoo! The fall mini’s are here! If you haven’t done a mini session before, now is your chance. It’s a great way to get a taste of professional custom photography at a yummy price! Now’s your chance to get a jump start on your Christmas list, Christmas Cards, and update your gorgeous family portrait with rich fall colors all in one shot.  I only have two slots left so contact me ASAP if you are interested!

Jasmine ‘Eagle River Child and Commercial Photographer’

I love getting mail.  Absolutely love it.  I’m kinda old school like that 😉  I especially love getting packages.  So when this little package came from Corinna Couture arrived I was over the moon excited!  The fabric is organic,super soft, and colors are fun and bold.  The dress is amazing by itself, then you add the pants and it’s just WOW!!  Which is perfect for our Alaskan Fall weather.  So if you have an upcoming session or just want something amazing for your little girl to wear, check out Corinna Couture’s shop for the newly listed Jasmine 🙂

Bright and Shiny -Anchorage Child Photographer

I am a confessed shopaholic. I love my shopping and anything bright and shiny 😀 Sweet Adeline’s is a fabulous store that I absolutely LOVE shopping at, but without the guilt.  The owner, Jessica, is an awesome gal that is doing good things for the Anchorage community. She offers locally made products from the Pine Cone Gnome, SnapDragon Stitches, Ninas beanies and bows, Willow Designs, Krafts with Kare, and many many others! Her products are environmentally friendly and include popular brands like Melissa and Doug, Sprig, and my new favorite Piggy Polish.  My daughter loves the art classes there and gets excited every time we go to the store.  She loves the interactive play area 🙂 I could gush about this store all day long, but you really should go and check it out if you haven’t already.  I promise you will be hooked just like me 🙂 While you are there check out some of my work that is now displayed featuring the fabulous and talented Nina’s Beanies and Bows and Snap Dragon stitches 😀  Happy Shopping!

Birthday’s and toddlers, oh my! ~Anchorage child photographer

I absolutely adore this family! I have had the pleasure to photograph them on more than one occasion and it is always so much fun. These little cuties have an older sister that is just as adorable. But, today we were celebrating the birthday’s of these two kiddo’s.  We couldn’t have asked for a better day, the flowers, the lighting, their adorable little outfits, and of course their awesome personalities!

Ava turns two! -Eagle River child and family photographer

I love meeting new families and getting to know them on a personal level. Especially when I usually have so much in common with clients! There is never a shortage of conversation 😉 This session was no different. Ava was celebrating her second birthday with a handsome new little brother. Ava took a little coaxing like most two year olds do, but of course she did fantastic in front of the camera. Just gotta let those little personalities shine!  Of course her brother was an absolute squishy little dream snuggled with his mommy. Now that I have been blessed with another little newborn, it’s amazing to me how much happens between birth and two years old! I love capturing these moments that are so fleeting as we get caught up in our day to day life.
